Price does matter
Obviously a refurbished system is very cheap compared to new. You are talking about half, one third or even one tenth of the new counterparts. We have systems for as long as RM199.
Values does matter
When we talk about value we talk about how much you pay Vs how much performance you get. Intel the processor company renew their processor every year with only 7-10% performance boost. If you buy say a forth generation Core i system you are getting less than 20% performance gain compared to a second generation Core i system but the price for the latter is almost 70% cheaper than the former. Well one may argue even I pay higher I have more computer power and it worth the money. It is a big yes if you can fully utilize that power but I bet there are only a few power user can !
